The ole' 1970-D wrong stock quarter but there's MORE.

Most every coin collector knows about that mint blunder but one I DIDN'T know about along that line was the DIME with the QUARTER stock wow blew my mind. Did anyone else know about that?

I have 2 examples of Quarter Struck on Dime Stock planchets. I've seen the Dime on Quarter stock but I don't have one. They are interesting!

 

And here is the opposite. Quarter struck on (maybe) Half Dollar stock planchet.

That's one I have been searching for in the wild for years. So, far no luck.

 

something jogged my memory so I looked at my slabs and found this I bought in 2003 and to be honest forgot about it (sorry) Again I am not a great person with a camera so forgive my lack of talent. if you folks want a different angle I'll do it. up above I was more referring to a clad quarter on dime planchet.
