That does not matter, sir, and the reason I am saying this is because I believe your approach questionable. Again, in no way do I wish to see you lose one cent on this transaction, not because you have no part in the blame (you do) but because of the nature of this type of offering. The seller dangled a baited hook in front of you, and instead of nibbling, you swallowed the whole damn thing and did so more than once. It would be nice to see the original listing, but may I ask if you compared the listing photos to the roll that arrived, in detail, verifying it was exactly as shown? The reason I ask is that sellers of salted or thrown-together rolls will sometimes, after the listing ends and the price is known, place coins insideto give the appearance of better value. Basically, if a roll sells for gis idea of cheap, he will fill with complete junk to maximize his profit, but if it sells high, fill it with halfway decent material in an attempt to convince the buyer that while they didn't score, they got some decent coins and that the roll was legit, perhaps causing them to roll the dice again. My point with this is that regardless of eBay's excessive buyer coddling and stupidity-promoting policies, using only a debatable toning issue as your basis for demanding a refund, may not be helping your case as much as you'd like. I don't know how much eBay would look into this, but know that it has been said before that forum threads were provided as evidence in other disputes; if true, this one would not reflect well upon you. It may not matter in the end, but I would still tread carefully and not do or say anything that could come back, no matter low much of a long shot it may be, to bite you.
