    OK, we are now in the period 600CE - 700CE and any that straddle either side. Have fun for 3 days exciting us with your examples.
    The first period was great, many coins I had not seen before.

    I bought this one because of the unusual, near-pentagonal shape.
    Information on the dealer's flip is all I know about it:

    It's hard to get precise dates on these, but in the East we have the Tang Dynasty during this century. I have this one as "Kai Yuan Tong Bao 621-718 AD" China Tang Kai Yuan Tong Bao 621-718 copy.jpg

    My "Three Sons" solidus

    The utterly unkept Emperor Constans III 641-668AD
    AV Solidus ND (668AD) Constantinople Mint
    Reverse depicts his sons/ Constantine IV/ Tiberius/ Constantine.
    He was known as Constans II/ ERIC-II/ Rasiels book revised this to III since there was a II before who was an Augustus.

    @panzerman you are doing a great job, thank you. I thought there would be more collectors with coins to share. maybe as we get past a few more centuries, things will change.

    Thank so much!

    I have tons of coinage from every century so I will keep adding. The good thing about having a "Heinz 57" collection/ I have stuff from all over the map/ time eras. I was NEVER a focused collector.
