OK, we are now in the period 600CE - 700CE and any that straddle either side. Have fun for 3 days exciting us with your examples. The first period was great, many coins I had not seen before.
I will start ball rolling with this (this maybe first depiction of Christ on coinage) Regnum Visigothorum/ Hispania AV Triens ND Cordoba Mint Erwigus 680-87
I don't have much from this time period. I bought this one because of the unusual, near-pentagonal shape. Information on the dealer's flip is all I know about it: "Byzantine Constans II 642-643 AD"
It's hard to get precise dates on these, but in the East we have the Tang Dynasty during this century. I have this one as "Kai Yuan Tong Bao 621-718 AD"

@panzerman you are doing a great job, thank you. I thought there would be more collectors with coins to share. maybe as we get past a few more centuries, things will change.
Thank so much! I have tons of coinage from every century so I will keep adding. The good thing about having a "Heinz 57" collection/ I have stuff from all over the map/ time eras. I was NEVER a focused collector. Here are some more.... Byzantium AV Semissis ND CONOB Mint Constantine IV Pogonatus 668-85
