I picked up this 3 medallion set in an online auction recently and have been able find NO information on them. I was hoping that someone here might have some more information on them for me. Here is what I know:
    1. They were struck at the Philly mint
    2. This was done in 1965 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the conception of the Statue of Liberty
    3. They were struck in Bronze and 90% Silver
    4. The Silver strikes were limited to 5000 pieces
    5. Each medallion weighs 19.77 grams
    6. The sale of the medallions was supervised by the NYC National Shrines Advisory Board
    7. The original cost was $10(Silver) and $4(Bronze) for each medallion
    8. They were encased in the Capitol Plastics holder

Any info that anyone might be able to give me on these would be much appreciated.
