The bifold pleather holder you often see was purchased separately by the submitters - they could be ordered with foil stamping ("from the collection of Joe Blow" or "courtesy of Ima Coin Dealer"). Capital plastics made a series of holders with a cutout for the coin and room for the slab.[/QUOTE]
