What I will do when I ask a question in the search engine, is at the end of the question you can put -ai and you won't get an AI response.

I get the idea of utilizing AI for quick answers, but you really can't rely on the results. The Silver Institute is relied upon by those who need and use this information, and they're analysis from 2024 was that while production was about flat, demand was actually down, the cost of production was down slightly and they forecast a slight growth for 2025 (it takes some time for all of the numbers to be made available, their report was earlier this year, around April I believe).
