I know the 2015 Nebraska quarter has a bunch of errors.

    Is this possibly one?

The pump has basically melded to the window frame behind it. One of the windows is partially blocked.

I know PMD is going to be a popular answer but I would expect signs of the pump behind quashed and flattened but I would assume it would not be as evenly appearing as this looks to me.

take it away, gents! Lol. Could also be it just didn't strike up so the top of the pump was never defined in the first place.
