The detecto metal detecting thread.

Anyone else have any input for me to consider? I know, I know, I should ask in a metal detecting forum.... But I feel like I KNOW people here, and tend to trust more in those I know, just as perhaps members on a MD site may not care to assist a potential One Post Wonder or answer flippantly to an brand new member

This is really your best bet, and they really are a friendly group, willing to assist newcomers. You really limit yourself asking in a coin forum.
