A bit of a toss-up...grade? price paid? details or not? reason?

PF details, can’t imagine that color passing muster. But it still looks cool, so I’ll guess $40.

Please confirm, is this PCGS or NGC?

 

@ddddd - just need to clarify the image. Is the pink we're seeing on the coin, or is that a reflection of something?

I'd say PCI, but possibly an old ANACS holder?

 

Sorry, I forgot to say that the pink was a reflection from the camera. And the holder is part of the mystery! I will say it’s not a top 4 tpg and not PCI.

@Beefer518 and @KSorbo please feel free to edit based on the new info.

 

Did you know the pink was a reflection when you bought it? If no, my guess remains the same. If yes, I change my guess to $20. I suppose the sky’s the limit on grade. For SEGS I would guess they would have downgraded it to PF64 for the nasty burn mark on Ben’s head. If it is in a truly third world holder, perhaps PF68?

 

It’s my picture, so I did know.

 

PF 66 $26 straight graded. Solid surfaces but mark deducts.

 

$18 straight grade, PR64

This is within 50 cents as I paid 17.50. The rest is exactly right!

I actually purchased it as my example of the NTC holder (warning NTC is one of the poorer graders out there; they are almost at basement level). However, for an NTC coin it is decent and actually displays cameo contrast (which was the purpose of my original picture). The mark on the head certainly detracts from the appeal as does a hit on the cheek.
