You're closest. It sold for $55. Everyone seemed to go high on price and grade. Maybe this does show that the PCI Red holders were conservative?

Interesting it graded as VF. I used PCGS's photos of the coin, as I really couldn't fins a grading guide, and I really would put that as a slider AU/BU, although the second set of pics shoe the cheek wear more clearly.
In hand I thought it was better than VF; XF or AU would likely be closer. It definitely was cleaned tough.
Let's continue on a Hawaii theme...here is a Hawaii Half...what is the price I paid (this one is in my collection)? grade? details or not? and reason?
I'll let this run until tomorrow...the new standard seems to be 48 hours for this thread...let's get some more participation!
@Beefer518 was closest based on price...I paid $229...I like the look of the coin and the details do look AU to me.

@ddddd - is the cleaning on that Hawaiian half obvious in hand? @Charles REid saw something I didn't. Ok, this is an easy one, but the closest in price gets the win. 1875-S Trade Dollar What did I pay for it? Grade Straight/Details
I'm actually not fully confident. I think it's cleaned, but the surfaces don't seem to have the obvious hairlines of a cleaned coin; it almost looks semi-prooflike (but maybe that is the sign of the cleaning). It might also have been cleaned and toned over the cleaning. To me it looks fairly attractive in-hand and so I'm holding onto it.
