Someone bought it for their holed coin collection (I have heard multiple people have sets of all holed coins...so there is a market for them).

The tips of the C are barely visible. A C mint in this date is actually worth less than a no mint mark, so I was surprised it went so low (when I bought it).

is there a way to pull up ebay sales from 6 months + ago? I sold a key date details coin and can't find pictures and can't pull up the old listing since it only goes back 60 days. If there's a way to do it let me know and I'll post it up otherwise can just pass to someone else as that's my only one

If you sold it on your account, try checking your email. Sometimes the 1st photo from the listing will show up in the ebay email that says your item sold. Or the link to the listing might still work. Also, if you have the ebay item number, try entering it on watchcount.com and that might bring up the listing.

Great idea for a thread! Looks like I'm safe to make this post unless someone beats me.

This is a more recent purchase and I have posted on it before so no cheating. Although this is ANACS graded, PCGS lists an AU50 at $375-390 - what do you think I paid and/or what would you pay?

Forgot to add the reasoning for my purchase - I have always been a fan of double dimes and just loved the reverse on this example. This was my way to celebrate selling my first item on ebay.

@brokecoinguy you are safe and we'll use your post as the next installment of this thread!

Unfortunately, I already saw the price and will thus sit this one out. I will add that I like your example and would certainly enjoy that coin in my collection!

$125. I have no interest or know anything about these type coins. Wild guess.

$225. The cleaning isn't egregious and the coin is attractive.
