I would probably have worded his comments differently, for yes, coin collecting can bring out much bad in people at times. But that in no way means that there is no good that comes from it as well. </p><p><br /></p><p>I cannot tell you how many friendships I have developed over the course of my life as a direct result of coin collecting. I cannot tell you how many people I have helped over the years. I cannot tell you how many gifts I have given, and received, for no other reason than because I liked, cared for, or even loved the person. And all as a direct result of coin collecting.</p><p><br /></p><p>In short, I cannot even begin to tell you how much good that coin collecting has brought in me ! Me !
