Like any buisness idea, advertise the heck out of it and hope something good happens. That is if you want to sell houses or rent them NOW. If you are speculating though, the US debt being reduced and domestic spending increased, more buisnesses would hire more people or give raises and people would end up with more money, with which they might buy a house.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
