I didn't realize it at the time, but there is a major rip in the note, which goes right through the R in Richmond. I didn't notice it when I was buying it, which was my own oversite. I was so excited to find a CSA note in my price range, I didn't study it carefully. (It cost me $20) I probably would have bought it anyway, however. So I guess it does not really matter, LOL! It is also the second oldest note in my collection.
