The head isn't cleanly entered on the bottom two. You can see a slight displacement on the neck.

Yeah! I think you're right, @robp! I think I see what you're describing. It seems to me an issue with striking consistently. Yet I still think QEII's face is thinner or something; the second 2016 QEII just seems off compared to the first 2016 and the 2017. Thanks loads!

This is like a double play or something. Great Britain and 1823. Although it's in very worn condition, this here is an 1823 shilling (KM 687).

I think Netherlands East India VOC counts. However, I also think that @coin_nut is more of an expert or knowledgeable in that region and time than I am. Thus, I'm not going to go any further. Ed? What sayeth thee? It seems reasonable to me but the question was asked - and I don't know for certain.

It's close enough for me, as those VOC coins did circulate in India as well as throughout the whole area. The EIC coins also got around the region. That 1790 is not a Zeeland, see this one how the V sort of bisects the 1790. Now I notice you said 2 duit, so that must be a Utrecht.

Here is the 2 duit from Utrecht. It is noticeably larger than a single duit.
