After a quick check with wikipedia, I came to the conclusion that Zimbabwe, at least territorial and in reference to international recognition, has replaced Southern Rhodesia, I bring to y'all a Zimbabwean cent from 1990 (KM 1a). If I'm rather off my rocker, please let me know and I'll try to make amends.

That 50 gulden is beautiful, coin_nut! I cannot say I've ever seen that one before. Thanks, man!

Hanging out in Amsterdam (one of my very favorite cities!) a bit longer, I bring to you an 1875 ten-gulden (KM 105).

All right! Now we're visiting either Berlin, Hamburg or maybe Munich.

German Empire to present day Bundesrepublik Deutschland - ten-deutschemark commemorating the 20th Olympics in 1972.

1923 A Germany 500 mark. Must have been serious inflation at that time as this is aluminum and not very big.

Not to leave anyone out, East Germany, or the Deutsche Demokratische Republik, or the DDR, or those German Kommies!

A 1957 two-deutschemark (KM 14). The mint mark is an A, signifying Berlin; but I don't think the the DDR had any other mint, or used any other mint mark.

EDIT - Until 1953, the DDR also minted at Muldenhutten, signified by the mint mark E!
