    I believe what you have there is a test token of some kind produced by the RCM.

    Nonetheless, here is a 2009 Canada 25 Cents, Women's Ice Hockey Colorized edition. This coin was one of many circulating commemoratives produced as a promotion in the run-up to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
