    I just had an identical 1990 50 Gulden coin arrive here yesterday, though mine lacks the plastic box. 1990-200 = 1790 Utrecht, part of Netherlands. Note the mint mark of "child in swaddling clothes" 1790 U VOC 1 d obv (3).JPG 1790 U VOC 1 d rev (3).JPG

    I liked the Beatrix line drawn head. trippy but cool in a special kind of way to me. it looks like a topographical map. I too am not crazy about the 4 queens chopped out of stone the the reverse.
