I only planned on winning one. Actually, I ended up with two. Now I get to figure out how to pay for them.

Yes, I could easily have spent a years salary last night. But, I DO have some self-discipline.;)

    What's Sheridan's auction ? Is that a site ?

Sheridan Downey is "the man" when it comes to bust half dollar dealers.

Wow, interesting, didn't know there was such a specialized site. So he does only bust and related coins, huh ?

Are there other sites for Saints, Liberty DEs, Franklins, etc....or not enough $$$ to make it worthwhile ?

I got the 2021 EAC Sale catalog yesterday.
That seems to be my interest area now -- early copper.
But only Mint products, not colonials.
I'll have to see what if anything I can get from that sale.

Most are raw with their Newcomb variety identified, rarity and EAC grade.
    Very few are slabbed.
I'm now a EAC member but still haven't weaned myself off slabbed coins :(

i think you blew favorable trade winds, that allowed your ship to come into port loaded with high end merchandise. Lloyds is not happy you beat them at the game and did not bust up and did not pay them a premium.

Good job....but then again, I have watched you do this many times over the years.

I recall an 1809 some years ago that you taught me how to make a sail by using strong thread to begin with, when I tried to use cheap stuff.
