The best denomination to CRH

the branch near my house doesn't, and the other branch in town never did. it wouldnt hurt to check with BoA branches near you.

I've searched $2k quarters, $1k dimes, and $1k nickels. So far I've found one silver quarter, no dimes, and 11 nickels. From my experience, nickels are best. Not as much money, but it seems at least one silver nickel is almost guaranteed in a box. Plus I've gotten 2 buffaloes. Haven't found anything in quarter/dime boxes other than current mintage.

 

I've never found a quarter in all of my rolls. Halves were best but I've stopped searching as it's been picked over so much.

 

I don't search quarters. The silver ones that I acquire are usually OTC - over the counter purchases at my various credit union branches. People often take the coin machine rejects to the tellers and have them deposit or otherwise redeem what the machine wouldn't. That is how I end up with the quarters and the 40% halves.
