This coin has a satyr and a griffin, two mythological creatures which were featured in the "numismatic monsters" portion of the podcast:

Denomination: Æ 21 mm.
Weight: 7.00 grams.
Obverse: Bearded head of Satyr (Pan) right.
Reverse: Forepart of griffin left; below, sturgeon left.
