It is the scarcest the collectable date and mint mark combination, but it&#039;s not that rare. I have always liked the Twenty Cent, and I finally got to compete the set, minus the 1876-CC, in my old age.</p><p><br /></p><p>I got &quot;an offer (I thought) I couldn&#039;t refuse&quot; on one with issues under the Heritage &quot;make and offer to the owner&quot; program. I ended up paying too much (In my opinion) for this one which is pretty nice. It&#039;s a PCGS PR-64 Cameo.
