The 2021 Law Enforcement Commemorative Coins

The money doesn't actually go to the Memorial or the Museum.

So far they have raised $654,840 in surcharges. And if the Mint doesn't cover their costs, they won't get that. The surcharges will go to cover any shortfall. So far that has only happened on one commemorative program though, the surcharges for the Girl Scouts program was clawed back by the Mint to cover expenses.
