Being a Unit/getting stuff done by allocation & designation; all possibilities with proper training.

So is slipping away from the fringe and avoiding detection.

I'm sorry the coin tried to be everything to everybody all at once. I've lost interest in it.

 

I guess I am missing the 'there are no women in boy scouts' thing. My daughter is the top person in her Boy Scout troop. She is the 'leaders leader' for lack of a better description. Granted she is not a 'boy scout' but there are definitely women involved in boy scouts.

The whole male-female thing is over-exhaustively treated there. For my two cents, it's great to have the women involved, but at the same time I recognize boys of that age do need a non-father male role model.

I wouldn't say go either or, I'd say have both.
