Thanks Speedy, glad you took the time to read them all. They are all great presentations! BR ~ Darryl
The award came today! It looks great and will have a nice spot on the wall in my office!!! Thank you RickieB and Connor for all of your hard work to keep this group going and to inspire us to learn more. You both are a real credit to the collecting community! Thank you!
I just went back and read your original presentation, Darryl, and the award is well deserved. If I ever get a chance, I'm going to seek out that orrery at the University of Penn. It's fascinating to learn about historical figures who have made contributions far outside the small field we might be familiar with. Thanks for all your research. One note: I think it would be useful, especially for newcomers who are rediscovering old posts, to include links within these threads to the original post: http://www.cointalk.com/t80926/ I also think we'd attract a lot more hits if someone were to periodically (maybe quarterly) create a page with links to all recent presentations. It would make it much easier to access these at a later date.
gsalexan: Thanks for the suggestions. Currently I do have this in place however, it is on a 6 month basis. If you want, we can put it to a vote to update the links Quarterly?? Let me know and I will present it to the Group. RickieB
Really? I'm okay with every six months, but can you post links to these pages. It would save me a lot of time, rather than searching out each presentation.
