I’m still waiting for the SBA‘s to be made in silver LOL
They blew there last chance in 1999, I think it would have been a popular idea. I at least bought some of the singles SBA’s they had in proof and I also picked up about 5 SBA sets of the un-circulated of the D & P. remember they made no S-minted SBA’s at all in 1999

I wish he could help make improve the Mints C.S. too, but I don't think they are the worst by far...

Ever dealt with Sprint or Cingular, ever dealt with your local goverenment on Permits and such???

While not perfect, the mint sure seems close compared to some of the other places I've dealt with...

For the most part, I think the folks in the Mints C.S. are polite and try to be helpful...

I'm thinking they just have an old kludgeie P.O.S. System(Point of Sale) that they use to look at and work on Customer Orders...

More importantly, I'm betting they don't get good training on Products, dates or Fulfillment issues...

I'd bet they don't have a well oiled support chain for dealing with customer issues...

I'd bet their supervisers and managers, just want to hide in their offices and play Solitare...

They don't want to be bothered that you ordered somewhere between 50 and 5000 dollars with of coins items that if you don't get them before the run out, you be disapointed and have to pay 3-5 times mre for them in the secondary market...


I'd best most of the support above the phone jockey doesn't really care as much about customer satisfaction as they do call volume, call stats and other statistics that calls centers are graded on....

I'm sure there are a few that are gung-ho on taking ownership of customer issues and satisfaction, but I'd best that most have been beaten over the head with the binder full of weekly call stats that thay are numb to our concerns....

And THAT - not only applies to GDJMSP but to ND86, Clincker, all of the Franks and all the others that are on this site for the right reasons. There is no way I could be where I am today without the EXTREAMLY valuable information people offer hear because of their dedication to the hobby. At every opportunity, I will take time from my sometimes crazy life to thank all of you for your input and honest opinions.

Peter - I don't know you and generally you stay in the background but you also deserve special mention. You have done something here really special and should be proud of what this site does for the people that visit and learn from this wonderful group of people...
