As a matter of fact based on what I see, and I look at a whole lot of coins for a whole lot of people, few premium quality coins have a CAC sticker, a plus grade, or are described as being premium quality. </p><p><br /></p><p>I would even go so far as to say that a whole lot of coins that <u>do have</u> a CAC sticker, a plus grade, or are described as being PQ coins - are NOT premium quality coins at all !
