I wish I could claim a place here for my Valentinian II but I fear he used a die break to augment his nose.

Yeah, I saw Yul Brenner in an outdoor theater in Indy, playing in “The King and I” back in the 70’s. Excellent actor, very personable with the audience, just a great guy.

I found this in my Sol collection: I really can't get enough of that nose. It looks very similar to that of his statue.

AE drachm, Danubian Kelts, "Kugelwange" type. 200-100 BC. Obv: Very big-nosed imitation of Phillip II (probably). Rev: not much left.

To illustrate how big this nose actually is:

Please do not put a picture of your naked nasal appendage here. This is Exhibitionism and it’s not allowed by the squad morality of CT. You risk to be ban..

Young and usually beautiful Plautilla can have quite a nose on some occasions

Trying to catch nosebits with your tongue is very unpolite, even for an emperor :D

It reminds me of the time in school when we were studying Cyrano de Bergerac and this quote: 'Tis a rock!. . .a peak!. . .a cape!
--A cape, forsooth! 'Tis a peninsular!'
