This is a DDO, but I don't expect you to be able to figure it out.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Proof-67★ Total Cameo obverse paired with a traditional reverse. I love that NGC will give these types of coins the ★. I really wish PCGS implemented something to distinguish coins that way. I too overlooked the MS/PF designations at the top of the poll. To me it was an obvious proof.

I don’t think you can get a PR-68 on a 1956 coin. I voted 66+. There seems be a disturbance in the left field.

Oh you can definitely get a PR-68 on a 1956 coin, there are PR-69's out there.

I’m at PF67*. The obverse has a lovely cameo appearance but the reverse does not which is why it gets the “*.” Lovely coin. There isn’t much better than silver Washington’s.

That is one of the pick up's, the first is the R.
If you look at the IGWT you will find more evidence off the DDO.
There is a die crack if you want to look further.

PF 66 Star ....obverse cameo ....looks to be above a 65, so I went with 66

    PF68* WDDO-003

The coin clearly has a cameo obverse paired with a standard reverse, so the * designation seems to be the easiest part of grading this coin. I went with PF68 because the top photos make the coin look tremendous. Obviously there is no real way to see hairlines or evaluate the mirrors of a proof coin in a photo.

As for the DDO, there is a tell tale die gouge in the upper left part of the N of IN that serves as a pup.
