My answer is always the same,....... ...... Brain training to strengthen your cognitive skills....[Learning Rx-"Cognitive skills are the core skills your brain uses to think, read, learn, remember, reason, and pay attention. Working together, they take incoming information and move it into the bank of knowledge you use every day at school, at work, and in life."
If there is a way to decipher the slab ID number it would probably have been recently submitted for grading. 1st owner showed a photo prior to the sale showing a raw coin. It sold (1st time ) in the last 2 months so media hasn't jumped on it yet. Or if some have, it just hasn't gone to press.
If I could see the coin in hand, I think I could take some good notes. There are many other folks that are good with altered surfaces her on CT. This coin isn't that old, and certainly hasn't grown much strength. I sure hope it doesn't get much traction until some other numismatic voices see it in hand, possibly through other researched coins. There has to be another example, or it's as rare as the 58D DDO.
YES! you are entirely correct. However, to get a catch that large, you have to fish for awhile...if that price is achieved, that will set the FMV of the next find and the TPG charges a premium on grading fees based on the current FMV...my bet is an OBO price is accepted if it sells
