All the stuff mounted in gold (or what appears to be gold) were in the safety deposit box. There is also a room in the house packed with Buddha images large and small, many from Sukhothai and Ayutthaya eras. My father-in-law (passed 22 years ago) had an enormous collection of them. </p><p><br /></p><p>Thai baht is still around 32 to the dollar - 33.5 today.
