The reverse states "City of Terre Haute - 1 - Warrant" I have looked this up in Don Kelly's book "Obsolete Paper Money - A Guide with Prices" (2018), but was unable to find it. I have had no luck when searching online either. Is anyone familiar with this style note, has happened to have seen this before, or would have any references with information on this? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Here are some images of the note in question: Thank You.
