But what I can do is to show the grade pops up until 2003 - about 16-17 years worth. As opposed to what the grade pops are today, that shows how things have changed since 2003.</p><p><br /></p><p>And I am sorry to say that the only access I have to pop numbers are those I can get from Heritage. And only a few of Heritage's records still show pops for both PCGS and NGC. So in most of the examples I have below, we only get to see the present NGC pops. But I think that's more than adequate to show what I am trying to show - that the grading standards have changed.
