Then tape the Saran Wrap to itself - not the back of the folder. Then get a blow drier, turn it on high and quickly pass it over the wrap, front and back. Don&#039;t hold it there long, you don&#039;t to heat up the coins, just the wrap. The heat will make it shrink and tighten it up.
