Taking Pictures of Slabbed Coins

    Bought a slabbed IHC yesterday with some nice toning and I'd like to take pictures of it. So, I would like any tips that you all have on taking pictures of slabbed coins.

    The best thing you can do is to practice for hundreds of hours and take many thousands of shots. Also, buy Mark Goodman's book on coin photography. Slabbed IHCs with terrific toning are tough to image, especially if they are proof coins.

    They will drive you crazy. You just have to keep playing with the lighting.
