Thanks Alurid! Here is another one.... Swiss Cantons/Graubunden AV 16 Franken 1813 7.63g. Only 100 were minted!
His name escapes me right now but many years ago there was a dealer who did some business in the moderns. He taught me a great deal and eventually he sold me most of his stock. It wasn't worth a lot and he was retiring. He always used to claim that if there were as much demand for the moderns as the older coins many of the key dates would be modern. Of course they are available in circulation but these are getting rather long in the tooth and wearing thin. Most of the older Swiss coinage isn't too tough in XF ore AU but the moderns are and they're tough in Unc. One of the nice things about Swiss and even the moderns is that unlike other countries these coins are usually very high quality. They're just all worn out now days.
The Bern "Brown Bear", such a neat design, like the "Basilisk" for Basel. Yours is very good quality!
I guess I have one more I could throw in here. Not the best condition, but I like the history it represents. Europe was changing in this era. Geneva, 1794. Revolutionary Coinage.

Apparently I'm unintentionally working on a 5 Rappen set...still have a 1912, 1932, 1934, and 1950 to image. 1913 B 1919 B 1920 B
A medal, not a coin, but I think it's kind of cool. 700th Anniversary Medal. 1191-1891 Duke Berchtold V, founder of Bern.
