I'm not sure on this one. Maybe like green said, experienced extreme die deterioration or maybe just a fake made to circulate out of the US. I don't know.
Maybe Struck Through.. A Struck Through can occur on one side or even both sides of a coin. Here is an example of a SBA from my collection -
Thank you everyone for the replys ..i am a new member and began collecting again after i went through my 700 dollar in change piggy bank...thanks for this last image...i am happy to have found this error coin..it looks exactly like the coin i have..i am in the process of collecting what i can grab at the moment..this is an expensive hobby though..i found this coin in a vending machine
