What you have is not a proof set but it was put together by the Littleton coin company in the aftermarket to have all three mint marks of 1979 which was the first year issue for Susan B Anthony dollars. They are all circulation issues but judging by your photo they appear to be uncirculated. One thing to check for on a 1979-P is the location of the date. There are 2 varieties a narrow rim and a wide rim. A clear example will be in your Redbook. The wide rim is close to the edge of the coin and there is a premium for the wide. For the 1979S there is a circulation issue and there is a proof issue. The proof issue is the one that has a type one and a type two. Type one is a filled S, it looks more like a blob than an S. Type two, is a clear Svand it's completely rounded. Looking at your photos it appears that you have the narrow rim or far date as it's known and you have the filled S, which is type one. In other words you have the most common 1979S Susan B Anthony dollar. Susan B Anthony dollars were only minted in 1979, 1980 and 1981. Due to the size, shape and color they were rejected by the public as beening too much like a quarter. In 1999 the mint produce them again to meet the demands for vending machines. If you want to have every Susan B Anthony dollar minted you would only have 18 coins to collect. This includes proof issues as well as all the varieties. A relatively inexpensive set but nobody really likes them. One last thing to note is the reverse on the Susan B Anthony dollar. It is the same reverse that was used on the Eisenhower dollars. The reverse on the Eisenhower dollar was changed for the bicentennial year only. And yes, I have a complete set of these somewhere around here but I haven't seen them in years as it's packed away.
