This coin is not in the best of shap, but it is fairly rare. A very busy bust-- Laureate, helmeted and cuirassed bust right, pointing spear downwards with right hand, holding two spears and shield with left-- a very fierce image of Constantine.

    Constantine I
    A.D. 306- 307
    Ӕ follis 28mm 8.0g
CONSTANTINVS NOB CAES; Laureate, helmeted and cuirassed bust right, pointing spear downwards with right hand, holding two spears and shield with left.
VIRTVS AVGG ET CAESS N N; Mars, helmeted, advancing right and holding spear and trophy
    In ex. AQΓ
    RIC VI Aquileia 98b

Here is a much sharper coin for comparison

That obverse looks like something out of a loony toons cartoon. Huge head, small body. The old question, why did the artistic quality drop so much in the late Roman period.

The artistic quality didn't drop, it merely changed. Art does not remain constant across generations.
