I have a 1832 AU details with about the same wear on the eagle as yours.
It got details grade because of scratch on obv.

I think yours will grade AU+

I agree. I think it's am AU, probably a 53 or 55

 

That is one beautiful coin and should sell very quickly. If I had the funds, I would scoop that up in a heartbeat and make it part of my XF+ Type Set. I keep my budget to $50/month so if you still have it in a year or so, let me know! Great purchase. Please post in here when it comes back graded so we know what it got.

 

really starting to like this early bust series. I really like this coin,looking for a higher graded one with a tad bit more luster. Yours fits the bill

I love when people do the wrong thing, and when they are corrected, and politely at that, instead of just doing the right thing, they choose to insult the person who makes the correction. Better me than the moderators who have the authority to permanently ban you.

 

Oddly, the forum looks at it as if it is the violator's fault and reacts accordingly. Proper forums are made available, use them.

 

I agree a nice original bust half. Second - from what I can tell on yours versus the one posted is your coin has slightly more details on the wings. Then again hard to tell with some of the weak strikes at times. I like this coin at an easy XF-45, but would not be surprised if it was higher.

 

That's a really pretty coin.
