Struck Thru?

    Is this struck thru or die deterioration? The motto is weak also, so probably deterioration.

    I've seen lots of die deterioration humped up along the rim. This 1988 has a raised line. Is it the same thing, just different effect?

    GH#75 Trying to get 8 hours of sleep in 4. . .

    The first one is struck thru grease.
    The second one is just die deterioration.
