i just pulled this out of a bicentennial unc mint flat-pack. the right side of the t is missing. i know that grease clogs cause that, but there is a depression, not just a missing device. the field under it is gone. like something VERY hard was on the die when the planchet is struck. it its smooth, not like it was gouged after minting. and there is no damage to the obverse like you would expect if it was struck PM.
