Strike through of some type ?

    It sure Looks like a Struck Through Debris/grease to me. It is a bit uncommon to see a coin with that much design missing.
    I think its a very nice example of a Struck Through coin.

    Looks like it could be a poor mans. Hard to tell with the weakness from 10 to 4.
