strike through die cap?

still learning but am i correct with this being a strike through and also not positive on year but looks like 1992 if so would this be a cam type thank you for any help on this

Heavily grease-filled die.
Not a die cap.
Cool greaser though.

 

I agree with struck through grease.

If it were a Die Cap strike Lincoln would not be as sharp.
