Strange Coin with Watch part??

This was part of the Estate sale i have been working through. It looks to be a Coin with “India” on it. And, has a glued on watch part which also has a glued on iridescent stone of some kind. Very weird. Any ideas?

A coin from India turned into a jewelry charm.
Interesting but nothing of value IMHO.

Unless there is a premium for the 17 jewels.

It is somebody's attempt to show the same idea Ben Franklin had with his "Time Flies" design.

 

The watch jewels are small industrial chips and the larger one looks to be man made, all of little value, but on craigslist might do well with performance people.

Amazing what can be learned on this site if you keep in open mind.

 

Perhaps a pendant created to imply "Time is Money"??? Unique piece of artwork.
