    It's a Canadian bank token. Pre-canadian coinage.

    Are you talking about the stuff around 10 o'clock?

    Never mind. I see the counterstamp in the center

    Also, value-wise, I wouldn't pay extra for it. It's just a plain stamp and nothing interesting. I have a few of these and I bought them for a dollar a piece I think.
