Strange $100 Note

Got this note the other day and thought something looked odd and upon closer inspection I see that it's missing a serial number

The first thing I noticed was the missing digit in the serial number, followed by the Series April 1. That's a great joke and excellent PC skills to make those changes.

Since it was posted today, I think it's a joke!! lol

 

I couldn't stop counting the digits in those serial numbers...then I checked the date/series. LOL

 

It almost worked, nice missdirection April Fools Joke.
