I have purchased some rolls of silver pre 65 BU Quarter rolls in the cylindrical clear plastic containers with the white screw on tops. What is the best material to put at the top of the roll to keep the coins from moving around and yet does not damage the face of the coin? paper or plastic? Does it matter?
