All coins, every single one, begins toning the very moment after it minted. And there is nothing you can do to stop it. The very best you can do is to slow it down as much as possible by using proper storage techniques.</p><p><br /></p><p>Ya see, there is no such thing as a truly airtight coin holder, no such thing even exist. And as long as air can get to the coin, the coin is going to tone to one degree or another.
