I picked these up on eBay late last night, very pleased to have them in the collection, but I'm not sure what I was thinking - sometimes I just find myself fascinated with a particular coin - and then (why not?) bid on others that the seller has up to get the combined shipping. That's how they get you! COMBINED SHIPPING IS THE DEVIL!!!! Lol. I started with this one - 1806 Large Cent VF20 Details in an old ANACS holder ($68) then there were some others that I bid on I didn't get, then an 1813 Large Cent also in the old ANACS holder VG8 Details for $73, then an 1852 counterstamped mess of an LC for $9.99, a worn 1807 Large Cent ($14.50) and finally a raw 1809 1/2 Cent for $94 that I'll be curious to see if it grades straight as I like it a lot. 1809 was the first year of the Capped Bust Half Cent and mintage was 1,154,572. Sellers Pics:
